Do not use directly on skin. To use on skin for massages, carefully mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut, sweet almond, avocado, argan, macadamia oils. Every 1 drop of essential oil mix 10-15 drops of carrier oil. Eucalyptus helps to relieve muscle and joint pain.
For aromatherapy, Eucalpytus oil is great for nasal congestion, . Add a 3-5 drops of eucalyptus essential to your diffuser with 100ml of water to dilute.
A few drops may be added to your bath or shower steam as well.
